Rates and Reservations Schedule
Below
are the rates and availability schedules for our cottage along with the necessary
information for making your reservation. Weeks that are shaded gray have
already been booked for this season. The cottage is entirely non-smoking. Dogs
may be permitted, at our discretion, by prior arrangement and with payment
of a pet fee.

Reservation Policy
Weekly rates are for a "Saturday to Saturday" stay, and for a maximum of
six people.
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Saturday -- Check-out is 10:00 a.m. Saturday.
$500 or 50% of rental amount (whichever is less) is due within 10 days of confirmed reservation.
50% of the rental rate less the deposit is due 90 days before check-in.
Balance including 8.5% Maine sales tax and a $400 refundable security deposit
is due 21 days prior to arrival.
There is a $100 pet fee per week. We offer $100 discount for
a multiple week rental in July & August.
Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled more than 21 days prior to the arrival date,
payments will be refunded
if the property can be rented to another party. A $50 administrative fee will be retained for each cancellation.
There are no refunds for cancellations within 21 days of scheduled arrival.
